Who we are

We started Corporate Vision Coach in 2018 because too many training days ended with binder full of slides and zero follow-through. Our founders spent a combined 22 years inside FTSE 250 organisations before stepping out to build something different.

Our approach is simple: diagnose the real gap, design a programme around it, and stay involved until the behaviour change sticks. We measure outcomes at 30, 60, and 90 days after delivery. If the needle hasn't moved, we come back at no extra charge.

Every facilitator on our team holds an accredited coaching qualification and has managed people in commercial settings. That matters because participants spot a purely academic trainer within minutes.

What we deliver

Six core programmes, each customised to your organisation's size, sector, and specific challenges.

Leadership development

A 12-week programme for new and mid-level managers. Covers delegation, difficult conversations, performance coaching, and strategic thinking. Each participant receives four one-to-one sessions alongside the group work.

Team effectiveness workshops

One-day or two-day workshops that diagnose team dynamics using psychometric tools and structured exercises. We focus on trust, accountability, and how decisions actually get made (versus how the org chart says they should).

Sales and negotiation training

Built for B2B sales teams who sell complex products or services. We run live role-plays recorded on video, then review them frame by frame. Participants practise objection handling, value articulation, and closing techniques specific to their market.

Change management

When your organisation is restructuring, merging, or shifting strategy, people need more than an email from the CEO. We train managers to communicate change honestly, handle resistance without dismissing it, and keep productivity stable during transitions.

Presentation and communication skills

From boardroom pitches to all-hands meetings, we help individuals find their voice. Small cohorts of six people maximum, with on-camera practice, peer feedback, and a personal improvement plan they can use long after the course ends.

Executive coaching

Confidential one-to-one coaching for senior leaders. We work on real business problems your executive is facing right now. Engagements typically run for six months, with fortnightly 90-minute sessions and unlimited email support between calls.

How it works

Four steps from initial conversation to measurable results.

1

Discovery call

A 45-minute conversation with one of our programme designers. We ask about your team size, the specific behaviours you want to change, past training that did or didn't work, and your budget range. No sales pitch during this call.

2

Needs analysis

We interview three to five stakeholders in your organisation, review any existing engagement survey data, and observe a team meeting if possible. This takes about a week and produces a written diagnostic report.

3

Programme design and delivery

We build a custom curriculum using our library of 80+ exercises and case studies, then deliver it at your premises or a venue of your choice. Sessions run between half a day and three full days depending on scope.

4

Follow-up and measurement

At 30, 60, and 90 days post-training, we check in with participants and their line managers. We use a short behavioural survey and compare results against the baseline we set during the needs analysis. You get a written impact report.

What clients say

Feedback from organisations we have worked with over the past two years.

"They spent a full day observing our team before designing anything. The programme addressed problems we hadn't even articulated yet. Three months later, our internal NPS score for cross-departmental collaboration went from 34 to 61."

"Our sales conversion rate improved by 18% in the quarter following the negotiation training. The video review sessions were uncomfortable but incredibly effective. I would recommend them to any B2B sales team above ten people."

Frequently asked questions

How far in advance should we book?
We typically need four to six weeks of lead time. Two of those weeks go into the needs analysis, and the rest into programme design and logistics. If you have an urgent need, we can sometimes compress the timeline to two weeks for programmes based on our existing frameworks.
What is the ideal group size?
For workshops, we recommend between 8 and 16 participants. Smaller groups get more individual attention, while larger groups benefit from richer peer-to-peer learning. For presentation skills training, we cap at six people per cohort so everyone gets enough camera time.
Do you deliver training remotely?
Yes, about 30% of our programmes run over video. We use breakout rooms, digital whiteboards, and pre-session assignments to keep engagement high. Remote sessions work best in 90-minute blocks rather than full-day formats.
What does a typical programme cost?
A one-day workshop for up to 16 participants starts at £2,800 plus VAT. Multi-day leadership programmes and executive coaching engagements are priced based on scope. We provide a detailed quote after the discovery call, and there are no hidden fees for the follow-up measurement phase.
Can you work with teams outside Scotland?
We deliver training across the entire United Kingdom. Travel and accommodation costs for locations outside central Scotland are quoted separately. We have regular clients in London, Manchester, Edinburgh, and Birmingham.
